The 1507 ha. Breeder block “Beeron” is situated approximately 45 km south of Mundubbera.
“Beeron” has a good history of timber control as can be seen by the very well grassed country & stands of Spotted Gum and Iron Bark left for mill timber and fencing materials. There are two main paddocks, top & bottom and 1 holding paddock at the yards. The holding paddock fence is 4 barbed with rosewood posts.
“Beeron” consists of low undulating ridge country, very well grassed with Black Spear, Blue Grass and other native species. Secca Stylo has been spread throughout the property.
Beeron Creek dissects the property which runs most of the year round and has permanent water holes. There are 5 dams and a bore (400 gph).
