TICK FREE GRAZING

Ten Mile consists of 446 acres of tick free grazing in the tightly held Wengenville district.
A mix of creek flats and hill grazing split into 3 main paddocks and 2 smaller holding paddocks.

Fencing is in good to excellent condition and is all 4 barb with iron bark split posts.
